His business prospered and his accountant recommended that he incorporate his business, which he did. Then came hard times. Big Brother

The appellant briefs filed on behalf of convicted Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean argue the case was “overzealously prosecuted by the government,” thereby sending “a message to every law enforcement agent that if you shoot in the line of duty and cannot prove that you were justified in using deadly force – regardless of whether you were mistaken in your belief – you will be prosecuted and receive at least 10 years incarceration under 18 U.S.C. Making the Constitution Cool Again
Big Brother
Chuck Muth
I remember fondly a bumper sticker from a few years ago which read, “The Constitution is the Contract with America.” And as we approach this year’s Bill of Rights Day, there are actually some hopeful signs that America’s contract is making a comeback.

The Dangers of DNA Research
Big Brother
Warner Todd Huston
The fields of DNA and gene manipulation research are incredibly exciting for the good that it can offer mankind. Imagine a day when the results of such research can assist mankind to treat previously untreatable diseases, maybe even prevent them? Wouldn’t it be tremendous to be able to alter the DNA of an unborn fetus to prevent its developing spina bifida or Down’s syndrome? Wouldn’t it be a Godsend if we could manipulate our genes in order to shut off the cancer cells that ravage us or rebuild broken spinal chords? Who would stand against such worthwhile gains in health, medicine and science? Of course, no caring human could oppose such work.

Government Still Refuses to Protect US Border
Big Brother
Sher Zieve
As Iran proudly announces its increased nuclear enrichment - enrichment that has traditionally signaled the development of nuclear weaponry - the US government continues to refuse to build our southern border fence; even though it was required by its own Congressional legislation to do so. The funding for the Secure Border Fence Act of 2006, passed by Congress, instructed that 854 miles of double-layer fencing is to be built to protect the US’ southern border. Since the border fence’s funding in 2006, only 5 miles of fence have been erected.
