Harlingen, Texas, August 6, 2009:  Those of you who tuned in to television or radio news in the past two days have now heard about the new target of the Obama Administration---You!  I have read that message from our President and the White House.  It is now very clear to me that I am right up near the top of the Enemies List the administration seems to have been collecting during its short time in power.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, today demanded that President Obama either halt a program already widely known in the blogosphere as the “snitch” program or define how he will protect the privacy of those who send or are the subject of e-mails to the flag-at-whitehouse.gov(1) e-mail address. 

’The people will not remain silent forever’ - A key Senate vote during the wee hours when most Americans were asleep has added the so-called “hate crimes” plan, which creates federal protections and privileges homosexuals and others who have chosen alternative sexual lifestyles, to a defense spending bill.

Here’s some information I picked up from Rasmussen the other day: Fifty-seven percent (57%) of Americans say gun sales are up in the United States because of a fear of increased government restriction on gun ownership.

The ongoing clampdown by the Obama Regime on information and the 1st Amendment will soon place Europe as being a much freer place to live.

Republican Senator Judd Gregg was Obama’s first choice for the Secretary of Commerce post, and Gregg was actually considering joining the Obama team, until he found out that control of the US Census was being stripped from the Commerce Department and placed under the direct control of White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel.

Not so well covered by the media was the passage of the Hate Crimes bill re-introduced and passed in committee by John Conyers. (D-MI) What does it mean?

Some people don’t seem to be getting what they expected in President Obama and the new administration.

Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) and Rep. Mark Kirk (R-IL) have quietly re-introduced the federal thought crimes bill, H.R. 1913, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009. As has proved to be true in both Europe and Canada, this Orwellian piece of legislation is the direct precursor to freedom killing and speech chilling “hate speech” laws. It represents a thinly veiled effort to ultimately silence – under penalty of law – morally, medically and biblically based opposition to the homosexual lifestyle. The bill is expected to be marked up Wednesday before the full House Judiciary Committee. 

Is the report from Homeland Security’s new chief that warns that returning vets are dangerous, gospel preachers are to be feared and pro-life advocates are borderline something out of Mad Magazine or is it more akin to something right out of the Twilight Zone?
