There’s a song, “Smooth Operator”, sung by the incomparable Sade that kept running through my head as I listened to Barack Obama conduct an hour-long press conference Tuesday evening.

Tocqueville forewarned us about the tyranny of majorities that by nature impose ill-considered policies trampling upon individual liberties, liberties which the Bill of Rights was enacted to protect.

In yet another unprecedented move, the Obama Administration is asking Congress for extraordinary and unconstitutional broad powers to take over private enterprise companies.  I and others have warned that this would happen, as Obama and his Congressional adherents not only believe but, are out to prove that they are above the law.  They have also - with the help of their MSM working as cheerleaders - almost totally destroyed the US Constitution, created a red herring in blaming AIG for their perpetrated frauds, encouraged mob rule against AIG executives, shown that they will attack private individuals with the force of the government, break contract law (if it doesn’t serve their purposes) and have now shown that they will probably get away with turning the USA - once the greatest free Republic on the planet - into a Communo-Fascist police-state..  And it appears that Obama may affect this horror within his first 100 days in office.

Someone once said: “A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to his country for an amount of ‘up to and including my life.’ That is Honor, and there are way too many people who no longer understand it.” The author of this bit of wisdom is unknown to me. But it is a truism that fewer and fewer people understand as less and less Americans feel a need to “give something back to their country” by serving her in her military forces. There is no higher calling. And yet, some Americans seem to go out of their way to dishonor the very men and women who stand between them and death, or worse… slavery, 24 hours a day… EVERY day.

The SCHIPS cigarette tax will take about $1,116,000,000 (1.1 Billion) out of the economy each month!  That amounts to ~13 Billion dollars per year!

An attempt to draw out President Obama’s thoughts regarding the collapse of the U.S. newspaper industry was unsuccessful after White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs declined to allow WND’s correspondent to pose questions. 

Conventions and sales events are being canceled in droves, jobs are evaporating at a rapid pace Private Jets are now considered evil and jobs are evaporating at a rapid pace.

Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who is also a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, charged at a pro-life rally that unless Obama’s social and economic policies are stopped, the United States as we know it is over.

I don’t wish to spend my last days homeless or confined in a FEMA indoctrination camp.  At 66+, I have a few years left to enjoy observing the Republic being decimated by Democrat Progressive Socialists.

Under the helm of President Obama, Comrade Pelosi and Comrade Reid, the Demercrat Party is attempting a coup and making no effort to hide the fact.

At that point the ObamaNation sub level minions will be empowered and supported monetarily at the expense of the lowly taxpayer.

Prior to the election, President Obama’s minions and worshipers engaged in a variety of efforts to quash any possible information deemed negative regards his candidacy.  Is that an indication of our future?

First I must state that I have no personal issues with President Obama.  I do have serious concerns as to whether he is a plant or puppet.

Canada and several European countries have realized that Socialism is an elitist scam/sham and are busy trying to escape from its clutches, meanwhile the ObamaNation is “Socialism Gone Wild”.?
