Mystery Man Obama’s Muslim Past
Progressivism
Cliff Kincaid
Insight magazine, under fire by the Huffington Post website and other “progressives” for running a story about Hillary Clinton operatives looking into Barack Obama’s alleged attendance at a radical Islamic school, has been cited as a credible source on more than a half dozen occasions by the Huffington Post itself. In fact, one of the Insight stories cited by the Huffington Post as legitimate concerned plans by the Hillary Clinton for President campaign to deal with the threat posed by an Obama candidacy. This article cited “sources close to Ms. Clinton.”
Hanoi Jane and HaShoah
Progressivism
Bruce Walker
Hanoi Jane, when she was followed by Fox News reporters attempting to have a civil dialogue with her, generally ignored them, living up to her status as the same little girl thirty-five years ago on the Dick Cavett Show could not answer a simple question about whether or not the French had supplied the American Revolutionaries with arms, troops, ships and supplies. As always with Sinisterists like Hanoi Jane, it is not that she is so much ignorant - although she is profoundly ignorant - but that she is willfully and proudly ignorant. Give Hanoi Jane Stalinism, Nazism, Maoism, American Leftism or any other totalitarian ideology, and that is all she needs to know. Facts, to the extent that they enter her consciousness, fit into where they should: square pegs into round holes, triangles into ovals, and so forth.
The Next Added 100 Million Americans, Part 19
Immigration
Frosty Wooldridge
California--the bow of the Titanic - At one point, California boasted itself as the most beautiful state in the Union. In 1950, it housed a reasonable 10 million people. Known as the land of milk and honey--California’s mountains, coastline and weather beckoned. California Condors soared through limitless blue skies. Yosemite, the Red Woods, whales and seals along its coastline, Hollywood and 77 Sunset Strip - created the California mystique.

The ratings book has been published and the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric didn’t do very well. The evening news broadcast came in 3rd among the big three. As the golden chairs at CBS scramble to effect job security in the face of these dismal ratings we are being told that their failure is our fault. It would seem that we are biased against poor Katie Couric.
Hillary’s Gender War
Demercrats
Carey Roberts
The greatest controversy during the upcoming political campaign will not be Republican vs. Democrat or conservative against liberal. Rather, the most riveting debate is likely to revolve around the question of whether a female president can better lead the nation than a man. It will be the ultimate Battle of the Sexes, played out in endless bedroom discussions, backyard debates, and newspaper headlines.
Labor Controls the Liberals
Progressivism
Thomas Brewton
American labor unions are pushing candidates for the Democratic Party’s 2008 presidential nomination toward expansion of the welfare-state and massive inflation of the sort that the Great Society spawned.

Why America Doesn’t Get It

Small/independent media has been solely responsible for the truthful dissemination of “globalization” facts. However, many with access to independent media have ignored the “big picture” while picking and choosing favored concerns of the global mission. Unfortunately for the public at large, many have failed to educate the listening public in any logical or sensible manner.
Screen Addiction: Manipulating America

How do free people say good-bye to freedom? This is the only real question people must ask themselves unless one happens to be a billionaire. As wealth is now the only badge of freedom, and as the American masses continue to lose jobs, private property, Constitutional rights, opportunity, and intellectual capacity, it is clear that our trajectory is spiraling downward into the new dictatorial definitions of our political handlers. Feudalism is alive and well on the homeland, and we are trapped like rats in constant states of mass manipulation and unadulterated ignorance.

For better or worse, I stumbled on to the New Age Movement with all its related tentacles in 1981. Pursuing it and explaining its ramifications to more incredulous observers has occupied far too much of my time ever since – or so my ever loving husband says. One of my more interesting early discoveries was the significant role California’s Stanford University was playing in all of this. That role has not diminished.
A Hate-America “Peace” Rally

Saturday’s antiwar rally in Washington, DC provided an intimate look at the worldview of the political Left, which was entirely silent vis a vis the fact that this demonstration, where a host of luminaries from the Democratic Party and Hollywood alike were among the featured guest speakers, was sponsored by United For Peace and Justice (UFPJ). That organization’s benevolent-sounding name belies the fact that it is headed by Leslie Cagan, an original founder of the Committees of Correspondence (a remnant organization created by the American Communist Party) and a strong supporter of Fidel Castro since the 1960s. Proudly aligning her politics with those of Communist Cuba, Cagan condemns what she calls America’s “daily assaults and attacks on poor and working people, on women, people of color, lesbians/gays and other sexual minorities, the disabled and so many others.” This view of America is entirely consistent with the beliefs of every speaker who took a turn at the microphone Saturday. And certainly they are entitled to hold those views. But it was disingenuous of Cagan and her group not to lay their cards cleanly on the table and, in the interest of full disclosure, inform the 30,000 people in attendance that UFPJ’s agenda is in fact steered by a committed Marxist-Leninist. That would have helped listeners to place in proper context the things they were about to hear.
