‘Is there a global Constitution in the making?’

For better or worse, I stumbled on to the New Age Movement with all its related tentacles in 1981. Pursuing it and explaining its ramifications to more incredulous observers has occupied far too much of my time ever since – or so my ever loving husband says. One of my more interesting early discoveries was the significant role California’s Stanford University was playing in all of this. That role has not diminished.
A Hate-America “Peace” Rally

Saturday’s antiwar rally in Washington, DC provided an intimate look at the worldview of the political Left, which was entirely silent vis a vis the fact that this demonstration, where a host of luminaries from the Democratic Party and Hollywood alike were among the featured guest speakers, was sponsored by United For Peace and Justice (UFPJ). That organization’s benevolent-sounding name belies the fact that it is headed by Leslie Cagan, an original founder of the Committees of Correspondence (a remnant organization created by the American Communist Party) and a strong supporter of Fidel Castro since the 1960s. Proudly aligning her politics with those of Communist Cuba, Cagan condemns what she calls America’s “daily assaults and attacks on poor and working people, on women, people of color, lesbians/gays and other sexual minorities, the disabled and so many others.” This view of America is entirely consistent with the beliefs of every speaker who took a turn at the microphone Saturday. And certainly they are entitled to hold those views. But it was disingenuous of Cagan and her group not to lay their cards cleanly on the table and, in the interest of full disclosure, inform the 30,000 people in attendance that UFPJ’s agenda is in fact steered by a committed Marxist-Leninist. That would have helped listeners to place in proper context the things they were about to hear.

Bush Allows The Mexican Military To Smuggle Drugs Across Our Border
Republicrats
Dave Gibson
Last year, the Department of Homeland Security admitted that since 1996, there had been 231 known incursions by the Mexican military into the United States. They are usually seen providing armed escort to drug smugglers. The corrupt Mexican military regularly invades our nation with the intent of putting more poison on our streets, apparently with the blessing of President Bush.

In the high-profile case of two U.S. Border Patrol officers imprisoned after shooting and wounding a Mexican drug smuggler, two Department of Homeland Security documents apparently contradict the version of events put forth by the U.S. attorney who successfully prosecuted the case.

Reagan Left Long Ago—The Conservative Crackup 2007

SAN FRANCISCO, Ca— The eerie replication of the seventies continues.
With one exception. In 1976, President Nixon took his “silent majority” and
the Republican party into a dark winter. But a movement, optimistic and
hopeful, and a charismatic leader, proven and confident, percolated in the
wings. Flash forward to 2007, as the conservative coalition collapses and
engages in sectarian verbal violence, there is no fresh, self-confident
leader being groomed in the wings. No promising large-state governor,
articulate, tenacious, and cemented to principle.

Border Enforcement Effectively Nonexistent
NewWorldOrder
Sher Zieve
Neither US Border Patrol Agents nor US National Guard troops are allowed to protect the US-Mexico border region. Border Patrol Agents are prosecuted for doing their jobs and National Guard troops are not allowed to use their weapons against Mexican gunmen who cross our border illegally. Many people have and are speculating that it is the trilateral Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) that has taken precedence and authority over US sovereignty. Note: The SPP effectively provides no borders to illegal immigrants throughout the North American continent. Only legal citizens are, now, required to provide passports.

The first bill introduced by the new Democratic leadership of the House of Representatives during their “100 Hours” crusade was H.R.1, Implementing the 9/11 Commission Recommendations Act of 2007. Contained in this massive bill are Sections 1221 and 1222 dealing with the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI). The PSI is one of the most successful diplomatic and security measures devised by the Bush Administration against the spread of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their delivery systems.

Contrary to what John McCain says, the global warming debate is not
over. In fact, there has never even been a debate. Dissent has been
silenced by global warming totalitarians such as Jay Rockefeller and
Olympia Snowe, both of whom have behaved disgracefully. There is
even talk that doubters should be put on trial merely for holding a
different opinion. Concentration camps, too?

In his State of the Union address last Tuesday, President Bush briefly touched on the horrors of the HIV/AIDS pandemic currently plaguing Africa. Most everyone agrees that something must be done to combat the spread of this dreadful and preventable disease which continues to infect many throughout the poverty stricken continent.
