In mid-December, at the invitation of the Middle East Forum, I attended a luncheon in New York whose featured speaker was Avigdor Lieberman, a Deputy Prime Minster of Israel. He wants the Arabs out of Israel. It cannot be done.

In my humble opinion. sir, you seem to be incapable of weeping, or at least feeling a smidgeon of sorrow, about much of anything. Well, maybe if your dog died.  But the death of our soldiers and Marines in Iraq, trapped in this monstrous, endless war, appear to disturb you not at all. If it does, perhaps you tell one of your advisors how you feel and let him do the crying for you.

Seeing Nancy Pelosi being given the gavel for ‘Speaker of the House’ was difficult to comprehend. Do we understand that if Bush goes down, she’s second in line to become the President of the United States? But being a woman has absolutely nothing to do with the celebration.

If you have not read the news in a few months, you may be unaware:  there are plans to create a North American Union, whereby Mexico, the United States and Canada will eventually become a single country, with a single currency and a single superhighway system.

All the fuss over Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) and his possible presidential candidacy is hard to explain. He is a recently elected junior Senator. Under normal circumstances his candidacy would be considered premature at best and hubristic at worst. So why the fawning treatment, especially by the media?

When I hear George Bush say he wants to make every country a democracy, like America, it shows that he knows less about America than I do.

This was my first full year as a critic screening 10 or more movies a month. You learn a few things from having to see so many moving pictures. One, it’s discouraging to see so many bad and mediocre movies. When they say they don’t make ‘em like they used to, they’re right. If you look at a list of all the movies made in 1939 in Hollywood, a quarter to a third are good to excellent films. Today, you’re lucky if five percent released are any good.

Some dingbat Progressive ‘prefesser’ babe on FNC just stated that anyone with a ‘C’ grade in a college class is basically an idiot.

As if the fall of the U.S. Congress into the hands of the enemy is not bad enough, Americans need to worry about the traitorous malfeasance of George W. Bush as well.

Gone are the days of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and the Rat Pack, who engaged in questionable behavior but kept it private. These days Americans are left with semi-celebrities like Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, and Paris Hilton. And like never before these semi-talented semi-celebrities are on the front cover of major magazines, in the tabloids, in the news, and on our televisions, and worst of all, influencing young girls across the country on what it takes to be famous, or more appropriately, infamous.

Now that the Democrats are in control of both houses of congress, Americans can look forward to their leadership putting their own interests ahead of the safety and security of citizens during the war on terrorism.  In her recent column, Ann Coulter, in her usual hyperbolic style, called the Democrat Party a “sleeper cell.” A good example of that is the recent actions of Senator Levin.

Having heard on radio President Roosevelt’s “day of infamy” speech; and having spent three years on Pacific islands “avenging” Pearl Harbor; and having spent the next 50 years watching what has been happening to America since then, I feel somewhat qualified to speak my piece.

The media bias in favor of illegal immigration, amnesty, and an open-border policy is plain for all to see. In the nation’s capital, Washington Post Ombudsman Deborah Howell admits that “Journalists tend to be softhearted toward the afflicted or the underdog, which tends to make them less critical of illegal immigrants.” The problem is that the media use sympathy for the downtrodden and underprivileged to excuse or ignore bad behavior and criminal activity. The victims are not just the law-abiding but the illegal aliens themselves.

Hold it!  Any woman that can be an effective manager and forget the ‘femi-nazi’ agenda deserves to be advanced and contribute to our country.
